WTB (Perth): Track Bike and/ or parts

Hi!

I need a track bike 55 or 56 top tube.

My perfect idea would be a sad old bike that sits in someone's shed and hasn't been ridden in 20 years. I'd love to refurbish and actually ride it again.
I'm currently turning my rounds on a converted road bike and want to improve this situation as soon as possible.
That's why I'd be happy to be offered any track bike my size even if it doesn't fit the above description and would cost a few bucks more.
