Hey all, doing this properly now..
Have a CAAD 9 purchased just over a month ago, have receipts from bicycle express in adelaide city.
This road bike is brand new.. you have to see it
I rode it four times and realised its not my thing just yet
Expensive ambition but you learn from your mistakes.. hopefully lol.
I purchased it to go from uni and to work and realised that im better off sticking to my car.
Pictures will be up very soon.
Pm Me if your keen. or contact 0431068346
Comes with kryptonite lock, carbon cage, clipless ultegra pedals, carnac carbon shoes, cateye lights, all really needs is a computer to get it going lol...
size 50, carbon fork, r550 black wheels, look a treat.. carbon seat post.. will not disappoint.
Price: $1500 because of my financial situation, please come have a look if you are keen and want to invest in a perfectly able road bike! i paid 3.5k with all accessories.. so my loss is ur gain..
also** comes with warranty, lifetime on the frame and i think its 2 years or 1 year on parts.
Thank you

ahh... alrighty.. i have all the books and cards so if there are any problems with any of the parts or frame (very unlikely because everything is brand spanking new) i will have no problem in getting anything replaced through the lbs in question. the warranty was a big thing and the lbs said it was a 'no question' type of warranty for the frame.
im sure something could be sorted out for a genuine buyer..

I don't blame you for wanting to drive that car

what a fantastic deal. i just spent the same amount on a bike in sydney for a 105 kit about two weeks ago. well worth the price but it would be nice to see you keep it. even if you don't commute you can still ride it on weekends to keep fit

Great looking bike. Size 50 will suit 172cm but best to take it for a spin.
Good luck with the selling it

Here's the problem with pushbikes - they depreciate quickly. You can buy that bike new for about what you're asking if you can find one. Admittedly won't have the accessories that you're throwing in, but will have the warranties etc. and the allure of 'newness'.
here's one US example (after freight and exchange you could have it here for $1900 new - they might even take less than the offer price):

Reading between the lines here Justin, I could swear your willing to make an offer on this bike.

Not really my place to say but I think its taking the piss interfering with someones for sale thread in this way. Especially comparing it with the price of something overseas.
Good luck with the sale.

I agree Dean. I think it is a STEAL for what he is asking, just needs to be the right size for someone, which is proving to be a hard one. Im sure someone will snap it up.

Yeah, and this type of stuff isn't on in my book either.
It's like having Jenifer Hawkins walk upto you in a crowded room and say, "I'd take you home and shag you, if only you had a bigger wang."
