I'm not real sure about that setback Lachy, it looks exaggerated in that angle.
I'm not really happy about the image quality tho, was taken on the best quality settings on my LG G2. Might be something about the tapatalk uploading...

final piece of the puzzle should be here soon, Dura-Ace SP-7410 NJS Seatpost.
If i put the tubs back on the bike will be entirely NJS which is pretty cool. But clinchers are more practical.

Will the Dura Ace post be long enough? I think they are only 250mm long. You have a lot of post sticking out on the frame.HLC wrote:

It's a Nitto Crystal Fellow post that is in there now - 250mm (there is not a lot of post in the frame). The DA Posts are 270mm.singlespeedscott wrote:Will the Dura Ace post be long enough? I think they are only 250mm long. You have a lot of post sticking out on the frame.HLC wrote:

Regardless of this, I am getting a Panasonic NJS built later this year in a more appropriate size. Will still run a stack of post, but won't be on the limits.
I've had this for 2.5 years now and has always been a touch small. Was a cm shorter in both lengths than listed. Seller didn't know how to use a tape measure.

I'm Clinton, thought my first post should be about my 1 man pub taxi.
A few months ago, my Giant mountain bike got stolen so I needed something to get me to work and to somewhere that sold beer.
Got a Reid as the price was right, chose a single speed as Melbourne ain't that hilly.
Joined to find parts (the hub is a bit noiser than when I bought it) and get a bit of advice because I'm a 4 wheel man generally, not 2.
Since this photo was taken I've removed all stickers and so it's just black and green. Flame away! haha
