Sorry mate I checked the shed. I've got one 122 BCD ring but I doubt a 53t Stronglight would do the job on a FG.

Yeah I know what ya mean, it looks crap with the big ring like that so I've modified it a bit . I cut the outer ring off, filed the fingers and bolted the inner ring hard up against them. It has put the chain alignment out a couple of mm but it still runs freely. I know it's a bit bodgy but it is a budget project keeping with original equipment where possible. My 36H flip-flop has arrived so next job is to polish up the original rim and build the wheel, then I'll be happier with the looks. Ya see a few bikes out there with odd wheels and it just doesn't look right I reckon;Heners wrote:Looking really good mate, maybe try a different crank ?
