Is it easy to move from the drop bar position to the top bar to reach the brake quickly?

easy peasy lemon squeezy. I actually ride most of the tome with my hands on the bars. But I also have a rear hub brake, so I can stomp on that before having to move my hands to reach the front brake.

I have the same set up on mine. Im usually only in the drops when i'm climbing. I'll sometimes get on em on a descent only if its pretty safe without the risk of cars entering from the side.
