Know you probably have a strict budget but VeloSolo in the UK have a lot of singlespeed stuff. They are pretty cheap, have good service, sell decent stuff, take paypal and if you ask nicely will combine shipping on multiple items and look after you. Have bought quite a few items from them. cheers.
