I don't know much about this stuff but judging by the excess amount of Stars on the front it could be a fake...?

That "excess amount of stars" made it one of the most desired bikes of it's day.
Anyhow, it looks like this guy was just trying to gather info for his ebay auction.

Here's a frame with the same style lugs but minus the stars.
