They seem pretty cheap, but are they any good. Thoughts?
Or should I just risk the Felt again and see if it lasts as now it won't be my only bike.

Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameAfter cracking the frame on my Felt Dispatch I am thinking of going to a Chromo frame. The Felt only lasted 2.5 years.

Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer Framewouldn't it be under frame warranty, Did you buy it new.?
Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameTry for warranty first. I'm not sure of the differences between the older style Mojo frame and the 'Speed Racer.' All I can say is that (from personal experience) the frames and bikes are cheap for a reason. Don't get me wrong, they will do totally fine, but don't be expecting a high quality 4130 chromo frame. Welds will be the main issue, not pretty at all! Paint quality is also low and chips VERY easily. I also noticed these newer frames had cable guides on the top tube, if they are aiming at the brakeless, hipster massess, then they are way off the mark!

Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameThe frame in the photo above is the warranty replacement one.
I just don't trust it as its the same as the one I broke. Giant Reign 1 Merida CX4 Trek Superfly Al Trek Earl
Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameCan't blame you if that's the second one you have snapped! A lot of people don't like the Mojo's because they represent the mass production of a trend in society. I have ridden mine for over 6 months with no issues with the frame at all. Im no light-weight and frequently get air! If you were to buy a complete one, I could give you an honest review of the componentry, however I believe a few of the parts supplied when I got my bike are now upgraded. As I said, the frame is solid with ugly welds, who know's they may have better quality frames now. Either way, matte black hides a world of sins!

Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameHere is another option.
http://www.velogear.com.au/index.php?p=product&id=984&parent=209&is_print_version=true Double butted 4130 tubing. Lugged. Will look slightly different, should be similar price and "feel" to ride as TIG-welded....
Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameLooks pretty good still need to sell my frame though.

Re: Thoughts on Mojo Bikes Speedracer FrameHave a friend who has a Mojo Urban.. Not Speedracer. From the brief 5 minutes I have ridden on it, it seems fine. He has commuted daily on it for nearly a year and has had zero complaints. Certainly not top range frames but for the price they are fine.
