Newcastle area - three wheel recumbents

Hi,

Just wondering if there is anyone in the Newcastle area with a three wheel recumbent.

My partner has a neck issue which plays up when riding a standard bike. I have suggested she get a recumbent, especially a 3 wheel one, as I think the seating position will be the most ideal for her and her issues.

If at all possible we would like to look at someone's 3 wheel recumbent, and if lucky enough, even have her give it a go before we drop some coin on a purchase.

You could try Craig at Recumbent Specialised Cycles (RSC). He has a few trikes available for test rides and is based in Castle Hill in northern Sydney which isn't too far from Newcastle.
