Hiring a recumbent trike

Postby Wendy » Tue Apr 29, 2008 9:27 pm

Does anybody know how I can get hold of a recumbent trike for hire in Sydney?

I would like to do a rail trail ride with some friends, but have a slight balance problem with upright bikes. I have been thinking about the possiblity of using a recumbent trike, but would need to hire one for the ride itself and to practice beforehand and see how I like it. Maybe I would consider buying one, but would not commit to a expensive purchase without an opportunity to 'test drive' for a significant period.

Hi Wendy,
Go to w/w/w dot cyclepartsonline dot com dot au

They offer 40 days return policy if you are not happy with the trike (of course provided the trike was returned in the original state).

I have a Greenspeed GT3II and what a blast it is. You will enjoy it.
