I'm a newish member of the recumbent set, and here are my initial thoughts.

I've ended up with a catrike expedition and was very impressed with the catrikes. Well screwed together and well designed.

They suck going up hill. Climbs I used to find easy on two wheels are now damn hard.

It's also hard to avoid debris onthe road. On two wheels it was easy because there's only 1 line of wheels to deal with. Now there's 3.

Jaffaman that beast tingles a bell for me, I'd be interested how it goes on the sand compared to my similar looking bicycle.

Yeah - that's the rub isn't it - getting one to try out. It looks wild.

So does your bike too - nice colours and looks like a lot of fun.
