Great ride yesterday.
One thing that differentiates recumbent rides from other bike rides is that the participants most definitely don't all look the same - diversity on 2 or more wheels.
Many thanks to:
Poit's initiative in kicking the whole thing off.
Dome for making it happen. I know how much time and effort goes into the makings of a successful ride.
Eva for making sure it happened in style. Its the first time I've been on ride that had an electric support bike equipped with ice filled esky, drinks and food.

So is this the RV equivalent of the boys standing around with the hood up trying to work out how to make the engine go?

Must be the first ride you have been on a ride with the Rocket where you weren't the weirdest bike there!

THe Pino tandem definitely outweirded you....

Thanks for the warning zebee - I have lusted after a pino tandem for when my son is a bit older - allows him to see much better than out the back on a trailer - but if that makes me weirder than recumbenteer, perhaps I should rethink :D

Ah, very annoyed that I missed this ride, but alas, I was out of Sydney last weekend. Would have really enjoyed meeting up with people I only know as names from this group - and being on a ride where I wasn't the odd one out :D I was also really hoping to catch up with Zebee and check out her new Encore.

Speaking of rides, would there be any interest in semi regular rides among the Sydney recumbent fraternity? Something along the lines of how the 'Sydney retro rides' group do things?
