Hey everyone, I am in Brisbane next week and wanted to know if anyone knows of bike shops which have recumbent trikes (or bikes) in stock for demos?
Thanks

Bargo,
You could try this bloke from A1 Adventure Sports, http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/kenmore- ... 1071148655" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. He advertises pretty regularly on Gumtree. He used to have a website but it's dead at present. I have no idea whether he has stock to sample but the ad has a mobile you could ring or SMS.
Cheers

There is also someone noosa-ish with demo's. http://queenslandrecumbent.com/about-us/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Another one of those high-vis commuter types. Ultegra equipped flat bar is my weapon of choice - with panniers

Bargo,
As I guessed you noticed there are not much options for recumbents in Brisbane shops. Brisbane does have an active recumbent group with semi-regular rides. Have a look on http://www.brisbanecyclist.com/group/bentriders" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, Not sure what you might be chasing but the members have a pretty wide selection of bents. Friendly group.....
