Switzerland - The Berne region

For those of you who want a unique cycle holiday in Switzerland, (don't let the mountains put you off) I can strongly recommend this region and this hotel:

Meiringen is in the central region and you can cycle on the flat - around to THUN and/or take in some stunning "hills". To give you an idea visit as well this link to the annual Swiss Alps cycle event.

The owner of the Hotel Victoria ( Simon) is an avid cyclist and is a great host and a top class chef. Book in for a week and ask for "half board" and you will be treated to 5 days of breathtaking scenery and mouthwatering dining at the end of each day.

I have now been there TWICE and its still addicitve.
