I have a week's holiday in San Diego in mid-November.

I want to hire a bike and do some rides, of 2 to 5 hours length. I'm keen on getting into some decent hills but anything scenic and not too busy traffic-wise is what I'm looking for.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions about places to ride and also where to hire the bike.
