President "Rich Town"

Hi All,

I have picked up 3 dragstar type bikes that seem quite old. The have decals which read "President and mentions rich town in smaller font.
Does anyone know of these bikes and their origin?
I want to rebuild them so if anyone knows them and what parts potentially retro fit from other brands, it would be most appreciated
