I took out the fenders coz it kept rubbing into the tires, took the brakes out too coz it was all rusty.

Still got those guards Liquid?

HI, My Basman has finally arrived. Went to the shop to have a look at it, it looked sic. Too bad I could not take it home coz it was too big to fit in the SUV, fortunately they agreed to deliver it. Hopefully soon.

I was wondering if there is a place/shop I can bring it to, to sorta pimp it out. I want to change the rim's and tyres, put a headlight, change the pedals and install a gear lever (instead of the one in the handle bars)...

Damn, I regret missing this. I was all set to go then it started to rain... went with Plan B instead only to realize it would be sunny a couple of hours later.
Hopefully I can get to ride with you guys on the next gathering.
Installed an eletra light the other day, looks better I bought some pedals as well but couldnt remove the original one, will have to let the experts do it for me hehe.

@wildturkey - Finally sold my other bike, some lucky kid got it for a xmas gift. I kept the guards/fenders in case you still wanted it.

Australia day is always a hoot, so prep for that. We meet at Belair triangle at 11 am. You can get there by train. We end up at the beach. Via Flinders Uni and the Sturt drain. A bigger call will be made in a couple of weeks.
