Been collecting and building bikes for some time here are a few pic's of one of my favorite bikes.
A tribute to one of my heros Burt Munro who took his 1920's Indian Scout to the Bonneville salt flats
and broke records! No she is not a streamliner a pushie version of an Indian Scout, hence the name,
The World's Slowest Indian!

Has a three speed Sturmy Archer rides okay obviously heavy but hey you don't need to ride a bike like this fast!

I visited the E Hayes & Sons store last year. There were some wonderful machines on display amongst the hardware, including one of the movie replicas and a couple of Bert's bikes and a couple of fairly original Scouts.

Do you just weld them back together or braze?

Pretty much old school arch welder with the amps down low and 2mm rods.
I then grind them back and bog all the joins to clan them up.
