Parts for old Rat Fink

Hey,
I have just got my hands on an old neglected Rat Fink, and want to get it back on the streets.
Most of it can be re used and re sprayed, but i still need a few parts.
Wondering if any one on here could steer me in the right direction as to where i could get hold of some cheaper low rider parts.
Obviously Ive checked e bay etc, postage from america is way too expensive. Does anyone know of an online store in Aus or overseas that has decent gear for cheap?
I don't want to spend a lot because in reality, the old bike isn't worth it.
Need a seat, some grips, and tubes. the rear needs a 24x3 tube, which hardly anywhere keeps.
I know the original electra seats are really nice but way too expensive to buy here in Aus, hoping to find something very similar for cheap.
anyway, if anyone has any knowledge about this , let me know

But what is a rat fink?

Have you thought of putting up a request in the 'Shed' section, or 'Retro'?

Sorry, not much help with parts from me. Some cruiser or townie type parts might look ok, if not authentic.
