Anyone see the highlights on SBS on Sunday. What a classic. So far removed from your standard pro comp. Dirt and dust, riders staying in run down hotels and even tents on one stage. Pretty hard core race with great scenery. I was amazed to find out it's run by the same people who run the TDF.

Taped it, but saw bits of it.
Some of the equipment was old to say the least. Loved some of the team cars with bikes hanging out the boot !!!! Loved the camaraderie and action.
It was great to watch! Loved the spirit of the guys from Senegal et al - showed the cameraderie of the sport in a great light.
I might be paranoid, but it doesn't mean that people aren't out to get me.
