Did anyone else just see young Jack Bobridge win this event? He caught his opponent just after the 1000m mark but kept on going to set a pretty good time and win the gold. Great to see.....well done Jack.

He did a faster time at oceanias last week and he said his ride was "okay" afterwards!

Im not surprised, and the Oceldania meet he put down a time that would have got him silver in Bejing. This kid is going to be fast, not just because of talent his got a really good attitude. Will be intresting to see where he ends up his said that he wants to concentrate on the track for London but eventually wants to race in europe on the road.
