Monday : 3.30pm
The duration is about 2 hours each day so not sure if its live and its starting today??

Listening to footy players etc talk in cliched PC speak so has not to offend or "give the opposition motivation" drives me batshit.
I like athletes that talk it up and then do it!! I also think it's part of Cav's self motivation.

What is worrying for Rogers is that no team mates were able to really support him in the last two stages..
