Given that tonight may be a cracker stage, can anyone recommend some good staples to keep me going to the wee small hours that meet the following criteria (apart from coffee) ;

The foods must be ;

Healthy
Low fat
Low sugar
Low carbs
Tasty

Probably excludes 99% of late night nosh food, but maybe there is something ...... :roll:

and i'm a big fan of the following ad, which does mention supplements/food, so it's not entirely out of place in this thread:

Did a 45km ride last night that included Mt Lofty via Greenhill Rd with a total of 760m of climbing in the end.

After the milk/milk powder/banana shake (as suggested by WombatK), had a lightish dinner (Brie & Ham on a Sourdough roll, fell asleep for a bit, watched the first cobbles, scoffed a fingerbun (no butter) which was a leftover from kids party during the day, but then went to bed.

Couldn't stay awake, but will watch the cobble carnage tonight :P

There was plenty of junk food available, but was a bit tired from the ride, so missed out most of it (thankfully)

Used to love the "Full Monty" flavoured chips though ..... :roll:

Air-popped popcorn isn't too bad for you!! Fruit in jelly is great also, those weight watcher versions are little more than 10 calories a tub...
