Having heard all of the stories, sending an athlete for a VO2Max isn't the same as a medical referral to a dodgy doctor without approval from the medical team. But, having said that... I can also see how there was the potential for medical services to be provided (separate to the VO2Max test) without the knowledge of the team.

I agree Ron...missing the Doctors name seems a bit strange.
Still it is possible...anyway there will always be things behind closed doors we wont hear off...which usually means the truth .
