Hi .jpg) Mark Cavendish has described being awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List as “A massive honour,†and says that the timing of next year’s Olympic road race means that he should be in perfect form to challenge for the gold medal at London 2012.

Can teams ever have too much of a good thing? Are they really sick and tired of being a sprinter's team and wants a change of pace?

I LOL'd at this He is currently riding the Tour de Suisse and responded to the news via Twitter, saying: “As always, I can't go 1 race without some sort of $hit going on. At least it's not a crash this time! I will say I'm committed ….@HTCHighroad until the end of this year, and I'm concentrating now on ~TourDeFrance. Also, please note, all quotes are 9 months old.â€
