TdU Channel Nine coverageDon't know about getting the raw end of the stick.
The other day they even telecast live the India / sri Lanka match on gem! And there was soooooooooo many people watching it live at the game......... ( not) Compared to the cycling audience of the TDU of 100,000 every day. Just a joke, they could of telecast the tour on gem. Cheers
Re: TdU Channel Nine coverage
Nein has no sports leadership. They are destroying the goodwill they've built in league and cricket. 7's overtaken them in ratings...they are floundering. If Gina Rinehart bought 9 she could be lobbied (but she doesn't strike me as a sports fan of any sort). Pity she's more interested in Fairfax. Amateur oenologist and green-friendly commuter.
Re: TdU Channel Nine coverageeverything was good until traditional winter games and summer games started to overlap, now their loyalties to sports are being tested, imagine of they didn't have multiple channels? one of the reasons soccer moved to summer in Australia was to avoid the other football codes and only compete with cricket for an audience. getting to the point now where its a free for all.
