suspected stolen merida road bike melbourne

Went past "the money centre Richmond" today to look at a road bike out the front. It was a merida road bike with drop bars, white saddle and red tires. The frame was rattle can sprayed black to the point where it was oozing down the under sides of the tubes with a new "osiris" skate brand sticker over the top of the shoddy job (probably in a quick attempt to make it look less dodge). The paint also covered some of the chain rings.
It just looked like it was blacked out to make less likely to be identified and easier to sell
Also, I'm not making any direct accusations, just saying check it out if your missing one
