If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

I ride and live around the area and will keep a look out. Sorry to hear of you lost. I hope they are insured so you can get back to riding again soon.

Thanks for looking to everyone on this forum. Am currently looking into improving security to our complex.
The Police advise that $90k worth of bikes had been knicked from Sydney north shore (Kuringai council area) in last couple couple of months. Please report your bike theft to the Police, although I suspect mine are sitting in some shipping container on their way back to Asia (origin of manufacture ), the more that are reported the more activity by the Police. Forensics squad took fingerprints and the Police were pretty supportive and helpful.
