Now, I don't want to go passing aspersions, but this looks like a stripped touring bike being sold from an inner north Melbourne suburb. Actually, that's what it is. But, hey, if it was my lost touring bike, and it was getting sold from some inner north Melbourne suburb after being denuded of it's parts, I'd want someone to poke the word out, just in case.
