He's only had it a few weeks and was only cycling to the station instead of all the way to work at building/showers lockup since he has a broken finger, from fending off a nutter who attacked him for being asked to move out of the doorway so people could get off the train. Not having a good run =P

Have you posted on facebook? We managed to get someones lost parrot home by alerting all our friends, you'd be surprised how far a facebook post can go...good luck getting it back

To add insult to injury, he got an email today offering use of one of the bike shelters at the station that he had registered for a few weeks ago.
One week ago there was an email apologising that their database couldn't handle more users, acknowledging the frustration of people who see them frequently unoccupied below capacity.
