Spotted Giant mountain bike - black w/ custom handgrips SYD

Not a lot to go on - had some sort of blue cover on the seat and either blue colour or blue tape around the top frame.
Was in Surry Hills. Guy was up to no good - have the numberplate of the guy's mate he was talking with - I somehow suspect it is a stolen bike going off his behaviour.

Black frame, white writing. Black fox shocks on the front. Seat was covered with plastic? Blue coloured top bar (might have been covered). Custom looking handgrips - might have been alloy - think they were gold-ish?
