1st August 2013 (Thursday), sometime between 11:45am and 3:00pm.
Flinders street near Spring Street, opposite tram stop outside Shell building.
The address of the Shell building is 1 Spring Street.
The bike was locked to a tree using a fat cable lock through the frame.

Wheels attached using five-sided allen keys to prevent theft,
License number 054874282 etched onto underside of bottom bracket (at the bottom of the frame where the pedal cranks are attached),
Scratch on top tube from tow-bar bike carrier,
Thread stripped from allen key bolt on frame behind seat post (from when rear carrier was attached) - some scratches around that area too,
Bicycle tube wrapped around frame near chain to prevent damage from chain.
