Black electric fat wheel bike stolen Brunswick Vic

    Black electric fat wheel bike stolen 5pm WED 15 March outside Bunnings, Brunswick Vic. Bald guy in 40s captured on cctv shoplifting bolt cutters before snapping lock and riding track toward city by eyewitnesses.
    Billinger motor. All black except has Green pedals. 4 inch fat tyres 26 inch black.
