Advice: 20" Freewheel with Disk Hub???

Is it possible to create such a thing via a bike shop if say for instance money was no issue. (I'm not rich just curious)

Trials bikes have em. Also have the frames / forks with appropriate mounts, as you can't weld a disc caliper mount to a regular fork.

Sweet, I have a huffy slider, any idea where I could get a trial wheel? I'm in SA Adelaide area.
