Yes, getting down on the top tube would reduce leg frontal, which is where remublments make significant gains, having the legs in alignment with the body. Also important to tuck the arms in.

The more I think about wheels, the more I see deep dish wheels for aero as being more important than the extra weight that comes with them.
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
