coaster brake hub qn

The inside of the rear hub for my kiddy bike (ie around the brake shoes) has blueish grease. Is this something special or can I repack the entire hub with the same grease I'm using for all the other bearings?

It is a high temperature bearing grease. Standard grease has problems at higher temperatures but kids generally don't put too much heat into their hubs. Then again, how big are the hills around your place?
