where can i get my carbon colnago repainted in adelaide?

I want to get my extreme power changed from the current colour scheme to another colnago colour scheme. Im waiting to hear back on how much it will cost to send it back to colnago to do it. Was thinking there may be someone locally who could do it. Of course they'll nee to be able to replicate the colnago scheme i want, including the colnago logo's etc. Anyone...Anyone...Beuller...Anyone...

Why bother? Sell your present frame and buy a new one. Much less hassle.

estimate i'll lose about $2000 selling/buying, about $500 repainting - who wouldn't be bothered?

Now, i have mountainbiking roots, not road bikes(which i'm starting to get into).... but is fashion REALLY that critical? so much so that you'd spend upwards of $500 for a simple repaint job?
Are road cyclists really that vain?
I mean i guess if you've got several million in the banks, why not... but seriously?
Last time i checked out a bike the guy said 'it is only available in this colour scheme though', my response was simply 'meh, who cares... i'm after a good bike, not a fashion accessory...'

$500 to send it back to Italy and return for an original paint job? I'd be surprised if it's that little.

Getting your bike repainted is a great idea. This concept of them being throw away items is regrettable at best and ... well, if I said what the other end of the spectrum was I'd have to moderate myself
Sure you want to go for another factory colour scheme?
I can't recommend any names, but if you can't track down a good bike painter, try the motorbike shops. There are custom motor bike painters out there and motorbikes offer the same challenges that a push bike does when it comes to painting. I'd offer to have a go myself but you probably want it done properly

I'd take a look at the warranty info before making that call.
On Cannondale, for example, respraying instantly voids the lifetime warranty. I'd expect Colnago to have something similar in place unless you return it to them to do.
On the $500, that sounds very cheap. Too cheap. It costs close to that for an auto shop to respray a bumper in just one colour
