XTR FD travel limits

Postby anthonyje » Sat Mar 01, 2008 11:55 am

Hello shed monkeys
i am possibly going to use an xtr (triple) fd on a mtb/ hybrid thing i am putting together from parts i have lying around, but am yet to get cranks, and i just discovered middleburn duo cranks. can the xtr fd be limited sufficiently to limit to two chainwheels travel width? thanks

Don't see why not. DH bikes frequently swap out the big chainring for a bash ring.
