Tightening seat post on old Centurion

Hi,

I have an old Centurion road bike with the standard alloy seat post. I have tightened them up but it seems that during a ride, it slowly slips down.

Can anyone recommend what I can do in this instance ?

Wrong size?
Bianchi, Ridley, Montague, GT, Garmin and All things Apple :)
