Shed finished. Plumbing finished. Just need 3 inspections to tidy the whole thing.

Private building surveyor to inspect.
Council plumbing inspector to inspect.
Council building inspector to inspect.

Shed looks excellent! Some inside shots soon I'd expect. Tell me you're not going to waste all that space filling it up with cars

Building surveyor has just inspected the new shed, which was designed by an engineer, approved by council, and previously inspected at foundation stage. Building surveyor remarked that shed is well constructed and in accord with all requirements and he will report accordingly to council. That should finish it..?? NO! council now need to send their officer out to inspect again. Why insist on a private building surveyor if you cant trust him?

Senator, there is nothing in it yet. Cars? Sorry to disappoint; I would like to put a car in it. I have two cars in Queensland awaiting restoration, and I am considering bringing one down here to Tassie after this years winter trip north.
I have a 78 SLE Commodore with 308, Turbo400 auto, and a 71HG Belmont windowless panel van. If I find a hktg ute or van here in Tassie in the meantime, the two in Qld will stay there.
