Help diagnosing shifting issue with 105 Front Derailleur

Hello BNA experts! Hope this is the right place. Had this problem today while riding. This is only a week after a tune at my LBS. When the video starts, I'm in the smaller sprocket having just shifted into the larger sprocket before I start spinning the pedals.
Is this simple to fix? It looks like the derailleur is not moving far enough to the right, resulting in the chain rubbing against the sprocket until it can finally grab onto some teeth. It's just not moving far enough to the right to settle into some teeth easily.
Failing fixing this, should I take it back to my LBS? Is it normal for something like this to occur a week after a tune? I don't really want to fork out another $60 unless it's quite essential.
