Cleaning front chain rings

Hey guys,

Just wondering how people call your inside front chain ring? Don't pull my chain off that's all. Sorry for being short lol I have my son asleep on me lol

So you are having some quality family time with your son asleep on your lap and you are still on the forum :shock: :)
That's dedication :lol:

shift it up onto the big ring and give it a wipe is all I do.

Grab a tooth brush, probably best to use an old one. Spray some degreaser or WD40 on the brush then scrub. Then wipe off excess with a rag.

I've been using the iPad with one hand while having a four week old snuggling on me lately too, I hate the autocorrect sometimes.

Do you want to clean it, or just feel better about it?

If the former, undo five studs, take it off, and clean it with a toothbrush in a solution of your choice.

i take my front crank off every now and then. kero and toothbrush. wipe dry. nice and clean (and put toothbrush back)

I have a few suggestions that would help her get the kero taste out of her mouth :D , but being such a polite fella, I wont spell them out here. :D
