Switching rear hub compatibility from Campagnola to Shimano

Postby Arlberg » Wed Dec 19, 2012 1:52 pm

I have been offered some carbon wheels at a good price. The previous owner uses Campy whereas I use Shimano. If I decide to buy the wheels is it just a matter of switching the Campy spline for a Shimano spline, or do I have to put in a whole new axle and spline, or is this conversion gonna be harder than I thought? The hub is a DT Swiss.
