Campagnolo and Shimano Workshop Tool Compatability

Postby DavidL » Sat Dec 29, 2012 11:54 am

I am dipping into the world of Campy on my bike and have noticed that there isn't a great deal of Campy specific tools available which has raised the question of is Shimano the defacto standard due to its market share?

For those that dip into both worlds:
1) Will a Hyperglide cassette tool work with a campy lock ring?
2) will a Hollowtech 2 bearing cup tool work on campy Ultra-Torque Cups?
