Lowered brake track - carbon clinchers

I bought a set of second hand carbon clinchers which have a lowered braking track. I need some brake blocks which will lower the brake pads to the brake track. Any idea where I can get a hold of some?

That's pretty cool, wonder if there's enough extra drop to allow retrofitting 700c wheels to a 27" frame...

Beware. As these are offset bolted to the center of the brake pad and undergo large braking forces, one of them could twist under braking. If one were to suddenly twist and jam into the tyre on the front, it may not end well. If you choose to use them, at least keep checking to make sure the bolts are really tight.
