Video or diagram showing what the headset screws into

Hello,

I went to flip my roadbike stem last night and the pieces that it screws into fell out. I flipped the bike over and got them out but have been struggling to find a diagram or video that show how they assemble together inside the tube.

The pieces include the top cap and and allen key bolt, A lightweight metal piece that is in sections with a black rubber band around it along with another metal piece that does screw into the top cap and one small disc shaped piece that the allen key bolt also screws in.

This must be a simple job to put into the tube as the metal piece that is in sections with a black rubber band must expand in the tube to hold the stem in place when bolted down via the top cap.

Does any one have any diagrams showing how these pieces go together. i have looked on youtube and googe but can't find anything showing how those pieces go together

I have had a look at the merida user manual but not any info regarding that

There can be slight variations. Do you know what the headset is (manufacturer/model). Failing that, what are the manufacture, model and year of the bicycle?

The Bike is a merida 905-E 2013 and the stem is a Merida pro stem
