Shimano 5600 compatible flatbar shifters

I'm looking to convert a shimano 5600 equiped bike from dropbar to flatbar... can anyone recommend any suitable flatbar (rapidfire etc) shifters that are available in black and compatible with 5600 FD / RD / brakes ?

Don't forget outer and inner cables

You will also need brake levers, make sure you get levers for road bike style brakes (I've got some second hand ones you can buy but new ones are not overly expensive), mountain bike levers eg V brake levers have a different pull rate and you will find the stopping power pretty poor.
