Flat bar / MTB shift pods on drop road bars?

Somewhere here on this forum, somebody posted pics of their bike which had flat bar / MTB shift pods fitted on road drop bars?

Can anyone point me to this thread please, as I'd like to find out the technical details of how they did it (22.2mm clamp on 24.0mm bar)?
