DA 7900 bar end shifter assembly

Hi all

I've recently setup a bike for a mate using Dura Ace BS-7900 bar end shifters. These shifters seem to fall apart a lot more easily than the 9sp I've worked with in the past, and there are a bunch of washers and bits. I'm pretty sure we've put it together correctly, but it doesn't quite look right. It's shifting well, although apparently this morning it stopped doing so. Disassembly and reassembly seems to have fixed it for now, but it would be good to know that we've got it together correctly to rule it out as a problem.

Can anyone direct me to an exploded diagram? Or perhaps even take pictures of your carefully disassembled one?

Thanks

Peter

Thanks Chef.

That's the one I'd already found though. With my 9sp one, that's all that comes apart easily, but with this 10sp one, the guts in the shifter fall out really easily. There are a few little washers and a funky washer thing with a couple of tabs on it. It's these guts that I'd like to confirm.

I think we've got it right since this second reassembly. It looks right and feels tight when it's assembled, and it shifts well. I'm just concerned because that's what we thought before, and because he's taking it on a 3 month tour in a few weeks, so I want to make sure it's right before he goes.
