Purchase a dead eBike with one of those heavy frame mounted batteries - then start pedaling.......

But seriously, I'd only be weighing down your body with said weight belt or small weights inside the frame, not too much weight cantilevered off either end of the bike to ensure stability.........

If you really want to do more bullocking work ie. resistance training then lower the tyre pressures or get wider tyres or better still buy an inexpensive heavy MTB and train on that..............
3rd class cycling is always better than 1st class walking

My buddy used to ride his mountain bike with a halogen spot light (small one that you'd use on a car) and a motorbike sealed lead acid battery to power it. On top of that he had a huge backpack filled with spares that he took everywhere - handy guy to have around if you needed a replacement derailleur mid-ride :-)
